Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days will be shipped the same day. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code to easily track your order. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the logistics partner and external circumstances. The shipping process is handled by external partners, and therefore the estimated shipping time is not a guaranteed delivery time. 

Pick Up
Please note we do not offer pick-up at our location. 

Delivery in the Netherlands
Standard delivery: 1-2 business days.

Delivery within Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany
Standard delivery: 2-5 business days.

Delivery to all other European countries
Standard delivery: 4-8 business days.

Delivery to every other destination
Please note that currently, we are not offering standard shipping outside of Europe. However, we are handling special requests for all Devoted clients worldwide. If you are located outside of Europe, please email us at info@devotedsurf.com with your enquiry, and we will investigate the available options for you.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy and Process

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind about the Devoted product you bought from us? No problem! You have 30 days to return your Devoted item(s). Please note that shipping costs of returns are not refunded. Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Process
  1. Please fill in the Devoted Return Form; you can download it here. Place the filled-out form and the item(s) you wish to return in a box and send it to: Devoted, Zanddijk 32A, 2691PH ‘s-Gravenzande, The Netherlands. 
  2. Ship your return to us. We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receiving it at Devoted. Please note we are closed during weekends and national holidays. 
  3. Once the return is processed, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure the following before returning your items, or the return/exchange can be denied:
  • All products must be returned within 30 days.
  • Items must be in original condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, meaning any damage that occurs during transit is at your own risk - pack carefully.
  •  Include the Devoted Return Form with your shipment; you can download it here.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds to 3rd parties or other payment methods than the ones originally used for purchase cannot be processed. Refunds take 5-10 business days.

Warranty

For warranty issues, please send an email with a photo of the damaged item, a description of the damage, how and when it occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice to info@devotedsurf.com
